Thoughts to think about

I remember the moment I learned of you, 
And now, each day, my thoughts turn to you. 

From the depths of my lonely, shadowed strife, 
Your loving presence restores my life. 
Through your light, I’m inspired anew, 
To reach out, to care, as you’ve taught me to do. 

Day after day.

Through the written word, I’ve come to know, 
Your spirit’s guidance, its gentle flow. 
It opens my heart to the truths I’ve heard, 
Helping me cherish your holy word. 

My Lord, my Savior, my Redeemer divine, 
My life now overflows with love so fine. 
Each miracle I see is a gift you’ve shown, 
A reflection of grace in a world you’ve sown. 

I marvel at the atonement you gave, 
Your sacrifice was the way you save.
